Annual Budapest Wine Fest To Go Ahead, With Restrictions, 10 – 13 September
This year’s wine tasting extravaganza in the Buda Castle will be called 'Wine Festival Limited', as there will be fewer visitors due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The main restriction is that attendance will be limited to not more than 400 people at a time.

Organisers say the quality will be the same as in previous years despite limited attendance: premium wines, champagne, haute cuisine, and comfortable 'leisure islands'

- see video below for what happened last year.

A separate stand will be dedicated to bubbly beverages, such as Italian prosecco, Hungarian pezsgő, and Moet & Chandon and Dom Perignon champagnes.

This year special grilled products and cheeses can be tasted with selected wines, which may be followed by some special desserts.

Tickets:
HUF 8,500 - 11,900
Purchases during the festival are cashless, you can only use a FestiPay festival card (available on the spot), or your own contactless bank card.
