Covid Update: 97,752 Active Cases, 83 New Deaths In Hungary
1,459 new cases were confirmed. The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Hungary now stands at 364,909. The number of deaths stands at 12,374 while the number of those recovered now stands at 254,783.

97,752 is the number of active infected, 3,649 patients are hospitalized, 258 of them are on ventilators.

In the upcoming weeks, more vaccine will arrive, and vaccination may continue at that rate, with new target groups, including residents and workers in nursing homes.

The goal remains for nurseries and schools to run smoothly and for parents with young children to be able to work.

There is also a curfew between 8pm and 5am, everyone has to get home by 8pm. One case of exemption from the curfew is work, which, however, needs to be justified.

Police strictly monitor compliance with the rules, impose fines, and close places where regulations are not followed.

Soldiers support police work in several cities across the country and relieve the burden on health workers in the hospital.

Recovered: 254,783
Number of samplings: 3,116,784
