Police Lt. Col. Róbert Kiss said that Austria and several other European countries have placed Hungary in the category of highly infected countries.

Therefore, entry into Austria will be refused if the conditions are not met, even if the country of destination is Germany.

Travel to or through Germany from a highly infected area, including Hungary, is possible if the person only transited the infected country.
