Campona Shopping Center In Budapest To Be Renovated
CPI Property Group is set to renovate Campona's entire shopping space and associated service units this year, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The refurbishment of the South Buda shopping center will begin this month. The vast majority of renovations are expected to be completed this year, while the full investment is scheduled to be completed in early 2022.

Within the framework of the project, nearly 10,000 sqm of tiling and 4,450 sqm of suspended ceilings will be updated, 415 people will be able to eat comfortably in the food courtyard instead of the previous 275, moreover, 200 plants, 20 relaxation zones will await customers in the building. When the lighting is renewed, nearly 2 kilometers of LED strip will be installed.

In addition, indoor playgrounds will be created for families, providing tools focusing on children's development. Relaxation zones are also planned for those who want to take a break during the shopping, and an Insta photo corner with constantly renewable themes for young people active on social media, is also planned to set up.

Focusing on green transport, the developer will add bicycle storage and a bike repair station, in addition to the current car parks with electric chargers. Selective waste collectors will be provided for both tenants and customers.

Some 11 cooling and heating machines will be renewed, continuing to operate with environmentally friendly technological solutions.

Access4you was also involved in planning the renovation of the mall, allowing people with reduced mobility and disabilities to navigate in the house without hindrance.
