'Day of Markets', Erzsébet & Deák Squares in Budapest, 18 September
In the heart of the city centre on the 'The Day of the Markets' on Sunday both Erzsébet tér and the Deák tér will become a huge community market place.

This is a special day in Hungary when the most popular markets of Budapest will offer a wide range of products and specialty goods all together at the same time.

Beside many exciting products, there will be workshops, delicious food and live music for children and their parents too.

In the food section you can find the divine Láng Donut stand, the heavenly sweets of the Dessert Service, mouth-watering sandwiches of the French cheese lovers Racklette By Lilli.

Plus you can shop for design, vintage, antique, and retro clothes.

Plus handcrafted cosmetics made from natural ingredients, unique baby-mama accessories and toys, waste and environmentally friendly alternatives…and much more.

The event is child and dog friendly. Entrance is free!

The organisers say, "We would like to prioritize the strengthening of human relations, the quality products of Hungarian producers and small entrepreneurs, the development of more environmentally conscious and sustainable everyday life, the promotion of environmentally friendly products, the importance of conscious shopping and the presentation of high-quality products for people with disabilities.

We want to integrate our offerings into successful similar products because they represent a very valuable and quality standard, yet they do not receive the space and attention they deserve".
