Home Prices Climb Nearly 10% in Hungary
Home prices in Hungary rose 9.4pc year-on-year in January, listings site ingatlan.com said.

In the capital, resale home prices averaged HUF 1,170,000/sqm and new home prices stood around HUF 1,510,000/sqm at the start of February.

In Debrecen (E Hungary), the average price for resale homes was HUF 882,000/sqm. Prices averaged HUF 824,000/sqm in Gyor (NW Hungary) and HUF 792,000/sqm in Szeged (SE Hungary).
