First-Time Home Buyers Make Up More Than a Quarter in Hungary

First-time home buyers accounted for one-quarter of home buyers in Budapest in January and 28pc of buyers elsewhere in Hungary, listed real estate broker Duna House said based on its own figures.
Duna House deputy CEO Ference Mate said the ratio of first-time home buyers in Budapest rose from 16pc in 2022 to 23pc last year while it increased from 21pc to 26pc outside of the capital.
