Quick Biz Insight: How Many Employers in Hungary Plan New Hires

Around 35pc of Hungarian employers plan new hires in the second quarter, a fresh survey by staffing company Manpower Magyarország shows.
Just 17pc of companies plan to reduce headcount.
Managing director Peter Varga said companies in the construction, real estate, retail, logistics and financial sectors could step up recruitment in the near future. Headcount is also set to rise at automotive industry and IT companies, he added.
Manpower used a representative sample of 540 employers for the survey.
