I grew up in the Caribbean (in Dominica until I was 7 years old, then in the U.S. Virgin Islands until I was 19) After High School in St.Croix I attend Lee College and San Jacinto College in Houston, Texas where my studies were Music Theory, Composition, Audio Engineering and Music Business courses.
I have lived in Hungary for 16 years and have grown immensely as a person and as musician due to the many unique challenges that come with living here.
My profession is fourfold: I am a Composer/Pianist/Multimedia Producer/Company Executive
Hobbies: Cooking, sports, outdoors, flying, music
1. When did you arrive in Hungary and what brought you here?
I arrived in November of 2000, and an airplane brought me here. A big one! :) (I moved because of family relocation)
2. Have you ever been an expatriate elsewhere?
No.
3. What surprised you most about Hungarians?
What surprised me the most about Hungarians is that they are quite soft-hearted people inside, despite of the cold expressionless outwardly appearance they for which they are known.
4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?
Libegő, Széchényi fürdő, Dobogókő, Lake Balaton, Fine Arts Museums. In that order!
5. What is your favourite Hungarian food?
Gundel palacsinta, Hortóbágyi palacsinta, Pálinka!
6. What is never missing from your refrigerator?
Everything goes missing at one point or the other.
7. What is your favourite Hungarian word?
Útkereszteződés (intersection)
8. What do you miss the most from home?
Coconuts, palms trees, white sand beaches, and crystal clear salty ocean water.
9. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
Airline pilot
10. What's a job you would definitely never want?
Sewer cleaner.
11. Where did you spend your last vacation?
Ikaalinen, Finland
12. Where do you hope to spend your next one?
West Indies.
13. What was your favourite band, film, or hobby as a teen?
Band/Steel Pulse, Film/Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom, Hobby/pencil sketching
14. Apart of temptation what can't you resist?
I can resist temptation, but I can't resist puppies!

Both
16. Book or movie?
Book
17. Morning person or night person?
Both, it all depends on what needs be done.
18. Which social issue do you feel most strongly about?
Helping the poor

Both - because there'd be no Buda without Pest.
