'Brewer's Night', InterContinental Budapest Hotel, 30 September
"You may be asking "What is a Brewer's Night?" A Brewer's Night is also called "Beer Dinner" which is typically a four to eight course meal where a different style of beer is served with each course. Each beer is specifically paired with that course by the chef because the taste and flavours of the food and beer compliment each other.

Beer Dinners make for a great night out with friends, but can also be a great night entertaining friends at home. We have everything you need to that right here at the Corso Restaurant. Scroll down to see our 5-course mouth-watering Brewer's Night menu, prepared by our Executive Chef, Ulf Burbach.
