Unless the level of development of the country’s economy reaches the European average, the move could be detrimental, he said. Ratings agency Moody’s Investors Service upgraded the outlook of Hungary’s banking system to positive, the rating agency said today in a report entitled “Banking System Outlook - Hungary”.
