Morgan Stanley Expands Office In Budapest
By signing a lease for another office space in Millennium Towers, the Hungarian subsidiary of Morgan Stanley in Budapest is expanding its headquarters, according to a press release issued today. The office was opened by EMEA Region CAO Sue Watts and ‎Managing Director Steve Lieblich.

The firm sees the expansion as a way of supporting the subsidiary’s operations in Hungary and also lays the foundation for further development and expansion of the firm in the country.

“The opening of our new office space was necessary due to the size of our Budapest team,” Norbert Fogarasi, managing director at Morgan Stanley Hungary, said. “The Budapest office is an important technology center for Morgan Stanley, and by providing a creative and inspiring working environment we are making an effort to attract the best professionals in the labor market,” the leader added.

Currently, the Hungarian headquarters of Morgan Stanley employ a staff of 1,400, with approximately half of those working in the field of IT. The company occupies offices space at Millennium Towers which spans a total area of 17,000 sqm.
