Hungary’s celebrated Liszt Ferenc Chamber Orchestra has developed a long-term artistic and business plan, aiming to find a foothold as a market player and to draw a diverse audience, the orchestra’s directors said.

Full and vibrant viola sound, performance suggestiveness and perfect technical preparation – these characteristics define the stage presence of German Tabea Zimmermann, and if we were to replace viola for cello, then the same would be equally true of the musicality of István Várdai.

From the organisers: Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra was established in 2010. In 2012 the young orchestra became the first musical ensemble to be awarded the Junior Prima Prize by Hungary’s Prima Primissima Foundation.
