The rupture of the red sludge reservoir in Hungary has caused a localised emergency situation afflicting three villages 160 km from the capital, Budapest. The dam burst poses no threat at all to anyone planning to travel to Budapest or stay elsewhere in Hungary.

Apparently this store was operating near Keleti Station for some years, and moved its operations to Katona Jozsef u. 13, near Nyugati Railway Station, in 2008. "In January, the Dutch Embassy became the first embassy in Hungary to go Fair Trade. The embassy just placed their first order of Treehugger Dan's Fair Trade Kafequo coffee (55% arabica/45% robusta). The beans come from Peru and Tanzania, and are mixed and roasted by Caffe Agust in Italy. This move was quickly followed by the Gambian Embassy.
