Hungarian Cabinet To Set New Parking, Gun Rules
"The cabinet proposed new public parking regulations and fixing car-parking fees to the price of 95 unleaded petrol yesterday.

Government spokesman Domokos Szollár recalled that the Constitutional Court has voided the parking decrees of local au-thorities, who will not be permitted to charge for parking from July 1.

Hungary’s gun laws are set to be tight-ened, meanwhile. Justice Minister Imre For-gács said only those who have been mem-bers of a sports club for at least three years and who pass a psychology test will be granted a gun licence, after yesterday’s regu-lar cabinet meeting."
