Ever since they made their memorable full-house show two years ago at Lővérek, there has been a huge demand for def-techno band, THE PRODIGY. The mad Brits have been on tour since 2008 and they are going to be part of the major festivals of the world this summer again. As part of this tour, on the 2nd of July VOLT Festival’s audience will get the chance to hear cathartic Prodigy-hits like Firestarter, Voodoo People, Baby's Got A Temper and Invaders Must Die!

The Vienna-based KRUDER & DORFMEISTER duo come from just a few minutes across the border. The show running under the title "The 16 F***king Years Anniversary Session" is one of a lifetime experience, which is about to be made even more memorable by the crazy stage MC-duel of MC Earl Zinger and Ras MC T-Weed, spiced up by visual artist Fritz Fitzke's accompanying media-installations.

Drum&Bass fans do also get a chance to get lost in the rhythm more times a day this year. Besides the previously announced ANDY C and MC GQ, one of the world's greatest jungle dj's and producers, SHY FX is going to appear on stage on the side of STAMINA MC in addition to ED RUSH the techstep-neurofunk artist who had been inspired by the darker forces of the genre.

World music has always been a significant part of VOLT Festivals, and this is not going to change this year either. Organizers are continuing the tradition by inviting artists like the Ukranian HAYDAMAKY band and, for those, who are craving for punk-raggae-jazz-metal-arabian music awakening all senses, the avid students of the Mano Negra-school, the French N&SK!

There are still even more local and international names to be announced, while VOLT Festival, the event is about to host 150 bands and DJ's altogether in four days and four nights. Special offer tickets are available until 31st May all over the country!"
