New Hungarian Citizens Can Purchase Land

"The new amendments to the Citizenship Act will ease the obtaining of Hungarian citizen-ship from abroad, entitling non-residents to buy arable land in Hungary, as this is restricted to citizens, Népszabadság points out.
Obtaining Hungarian citizenship could be a loophole for foreigners from, for example, the US, Australia or Israel, who want to invest in agricultural land, the daily adds."
