Our Conference Package includes:

* Conference room with seating layout as required
* Two Coffee Breaks (morning & afternoon) – Half-day package contains 1 Coffee Break
* A full selection lunch buffet (with 1 soft drink/water and 1 coffee)
* 1 mineral water set out in the conference room
* Basic technical equipment (1 projector screen, 1 projector, 1 flipchart and 1 microphone)
* Prices include VAT

Extras:

In addition to the above you may also choose one of the options below that best suits your needs as part of the package:

* non-alcoholic welcome cocktail or
* regular refreshments during the day (coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water), or
* 1 breakout room, or
* extra technical requirement (e.g..: LCD television, or pin board, or whiteboard, or microphone)

*The discount is applied when a minimum of 20 room nights are booked together with your events or if there are at least 50 participants. If your events meet the above criteria 10 % discount can be applied in pre-booked catering service (conference package, or coffee break and either lunch or dinner) and room reservations!
