Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the government has put an end to "a world in which justice served criminals", and in which "it could be assumed that criminals and the police are in cooperation" at a graduation ceremony of young police officers at the National Public Service University in Budapest on Sunday.
"A country could be successful only if adequate political and economic systems go coupled with the commitment and integrity of civil servants," the PM said.
