British Ambassador Attended Wheelchair Tennis Tournament In Budapest
On 20 July British Ambassador Jonathan Knott promoted the London Paralympic Games by attending a unique tennis tournament at Park Tennis Club that was organised within the framework of Return Cup 2012.

This was the first time where able-bodied people played together with wheelchair tennis players in a real competition. Four-time Paralympian László Farkas chose former professional tennis player (best ranked number 7 in the world) Andrea Temesvári as his partner. Ambassador Knott received Sándor Navratyil (professional wheelchair tennis player, the first Hungarian to attend the Winter Paralympics as an alpine skier in Salt Lake City in 2002) to be his partner.

Special mixed doubles were played for short sets within two groups of three. Group winners played against each other in the final. Representatives of NEC (main sponsor of Return Cup) also competed in the VIP tournament in a really friendly atmosphere.

At the end probable winners László Farkas and Andrea Temesvári came out as champions. They received two Mandeville mascots from Jonathan Knott, and all participants were presented with an official London 2012 pin and a London 2012 logo towel.
