Hungary's Appeals Court Restarts Klubrádió Case
The Budapest Appeals Court cancelled a first level court ruling in the Klubrádió case, objecting that this court neglected the new media act, thus the first level court should restart the procedure. Klubrádió had turned to the court because the national radio and television council ORTT and its legal successor the national media and telecommunications authority NMHH has not signed a frequency usage contract despite Klubrádió winning the 92.9 MHz frequency.

Meanwhile Klubrádió filed a bid for the 95.3 MHz frequency but the Media Council closed it out, because the backs of pages were not signed. Klubrádió will turn to the court also in this case.
