Open Day For College And University Students At InterContinental Budapest

As a part of Intercontinental Hotel Group global career week, InterContinental Budapest hotel has opened its doors for 120 students and graduates for the second time in 2012. After the registration the youngsters have been greeted by the General Manager Claus Geisselmann who welcomed them to the hotel and wished the best of luck in their further career. During the day students had the opportunity to join several presentations held by Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Sales & Marketing departments followed by a house tour.

Those who were interested to start their career in hospitality industry had the possibility to attend a job interview with the relevant departments.
InterContinental Budapest pays strong attention on trainees and apprentices in order to provide them useful and credible knowledge, which can be used in their future career. Since trainees can participate in trainings and events like full time employees, they will be able to become a member of the InterContinental Budapest’s team.
