Police Shoot At Car In Budapest Seventh District
Police officers fired their pistols at the tyres of a car to stop it at the corner of Dob utca and Erzsébet körút in Budapest’s Seventh District early on Tuesday afternoon.

Spokeswoman Mónika Bényi said the incident occurred as Sixth District police detectives attempted to detain a wanted man, who resisted.

Police then opened fire on the wheels of the suspect’s car, bringing it to a halt.

No one was injured. The suspect was detained.
