Budapest Secret Theatre is bringing back theatre in bite size chunks. Short & Sweet is here for summer, with an all new show: 'Illusions'. A scintillating selection of short plays and monologues, featuring Harold Pinter, John Sayles and local writers, Marianne Powell and Virginia Proud. It’s our signature blend of classic and contemporary writing, but with all new material.
The talented cast from January’s sold out Short & Sweet has reassembled to create a range of fascinating characters. There is a romance novelist who’s lost control of her characters, a paranoid pornographer, an actress reminiscing about an unusual big break, and many, many others
