GE Expands Operation In Fót, Hungary
- 1 Aug 2013 7:00 AM
General Electric yesterday announced the expansion of its oil and gas facility in Fót, with the construction of a 6,000m2 assembly hall to produce control panels for gas and steam turbine power plants. Along with an office building, 114 jobs will be created, including 40 engineering positions.
GE did not disclose the size of the investment, but it is more than the Ft 1.8 billion cost of setting up the facility in 2008, Napi Gazdaság writes.
