Csaba Hende said at the handover ceremony held at the Bakony Military Training Centre that due to the marked worsening in security conditions in Afghanistan, the Hungarian army had asked the US government to supply devices for maximising the security of its soldiers, who have been using similar vehicles in operations for the past several years.

These have greatly contributed to minimising losses, he said.
