Paks Generates Over 1/3rd Of Hungary’s Power Consumption
The Paks nuclear power plant in south Hungary generated 15,370 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity in 2013, equivalent to 36.4% of all the power consumed in Hungary last year and 50.7% of all electricity.

MVM Paksi Erőmű had revenue of 185.5 billion forints from electricity it sold in 2013 while its producer price of 12.71 forints per kilowatt hour (kWh) was the lowest in the country, István Hamvas, MVM Paksi Erőmű’s chief executive, said.
