Video Report: Sirha Food & Catering Show In Budapest, March 2014

Between 10-12 March SIRHA Budapest welcomed manufacturers, distributors and purchasers from the food, baking and confectionery industries, and from the hotel, catering and culinary sectors. Over 15,000 visitors attended the event held at the Hungexpo Budapest Fair Center, according to Hungexpo data.
The SIRHA food and catering trade show plays a major role in the series of international trade exhibitions. Last time in Lyon, France, 162 000 visitors and 2 200 exhibitors participated in the biannual event.
The video above by Dóri Diszterhöft gives a visual insight about what went in Budapest. According to Hungexpo stats reported by MTI, around 300 companies exhibited products at this biannual event, held in Hungary for the first time this year. Minister of Rural Development Dr Sándor Fazekas was the chief patron of the event.
