The japanese MASATO NAKABAYASHI achieved reputation in the culinary world when he was appointed to create the menu of the Little Buddha Café in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Masato’s unusual path and inventive signature have led him to become one of the best Sushi Chefs in the world, now recognized as Buddha-Bar style.

Currently working in Buddha-Bar Paris, Masato spends most of his time developing exciting and unexpected recipes and training new sushi chefs for Buddha-Bar outlets worldwide. Masato’s success lies in his boundless inspiration and edgy style with creations that keep enthralling the palate.
