The drug maker also agreed to acquire the remaining 49% over three years.

Richter will sell its feminine healthcare products, including its original brand-name product Esyma, in Central America, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru.

Following acquisitions in Brazil and Mexico late last year, Richter will boost its foothold and presence on the Latin America market with the latest deal, Napi Gazdaság writes.
