Over fifty students from 20 countries will learn Hungarian at summer courses organised by the University of Pécs in southern Hungary. The students will learn the language with help of 12 tutors at two-week and four-week intensive courses starting next week, the university said.
The students coming primarily from Europe, as well as from Canada, Brazil and East Asia, will get a chance to practice and further improve their Hungarian by participating in various programmes.
Those include museum visits, arts and crafts workshops, excursions, film screenings and Hungarian dance courses.
Through these programmes they can also learn about Hungarian culture, the university said.
