In the case of electricity, Budapest stood in seventh place a year ago while in terms of the price of gas, the Hungarian capital’s position has not changed in 12 months.

Based on the purchasing power measure, electricity in the city was the seventh most expensive while gas was the fourth cheapest, the paper said.
