Once a year the city is dressed up with magnificent fireworks on the sky, the 20 th August celebration is an exquisite night for the Hungarian people. Hence we invite you to spend this special evening with us and make the night unforgettable with the gorgeous Hungarian dishes prepared by our Executive Chef, the illuminating Royal Castle, the dazzling view of the Chain Bridge and the spledid fireworks.

• Wild salmon marinated with ginger, orange and honey, with horseradish – beetroot cream
• Homemade goose liver pate served with fig – walnut chutney
