Turkish Investor Wins Bid For Landmark South Klotild Palace In Budapest

The local council of Budapest’s District 5 has decided unanimously to sell the landmark south Klotild Palace to Turkey’s Ozyer Group for 2.2 billion forints, the local government said.
The buyer has promised to renovate the structure within five years at a cost estimated to exceed 2 billion forints. The building has stood vacant since 2009.
