Rembrandt Exhibition Opening In Budapest

An exhibition entitled Rembrandt and the Dutch Golden Century will be formally opened by Speaker László Kövér at the Museum of Fine Arts on Thursday. The works 178 works on display from more than 100 painters include 20 by Rembrandt and three by Vermeer.
More than 130 canvasses have been obtained from 50 public and private collections during four years of preparations. They are complemented by pictures from the Dutch collection at the museum.
The exhibition will be open to the public from tomorrow until February 15.
