Aerobic: Hungarian Contestant Wins World Cup Series For The First Time Ever
Hungarian Dóra Hegyi has achieved a historical success for Hungarian sport by winning the aerobic World Cup series. According to a statement issued by the national federation, Ms. Hegyi, of Debrecen in eastern Hungary, came third at the latest World Cup round held in Borovets, Bulgaria, securing her first position on final rankings.

This is the first time ever a Hungarian has won the World Cup series in the sport.

Ms. Hegyi, a sportswoman for the Debrecen team FLEX HD SE, will run at European Games to take place in the Azerbaijani capital Baku in June in mixed doubles and groups.

Hungarian contestants fared well in Bulgaria, gaining a total of 14 finalist positions in the junior and grown-up age groups. This translates into two silver and three bronze medals for the Hungarian national team.
