The Chef aims to delight guests with Austrian specialities, plus the drinks, beer and wine offered are from Austria, on an "all you can drink" basis, including mineral water, cocktails and spirits, additionally the "Stay a bit longer" midnight snack are included in the ticket price. But not only the snacks but also the dance music played by an excellent band will make the guests to stay until 3.30, the closing time of the Ball.

For those less enthusiastic about dancing, there is an ‘off-ballroom program’, including a jewellery and watch show, souvenir photography in old-fashioned clothes, and other attractions promise an entertaining time.

One of the sponsors of the Ball is the city of Vienna, and a representative of that city will open this ball. The main sponsor, GRAWE Life Insurance Plc is celebrating its 20th anniversary on the Hungarian market. Organisers say that without them the Viennese Ball in Budapest ‘would be less fine’. Guests from Austria, the UK and Russia have already booked tickets, and organisers say they are looking forward to welcome current and former ambassadors.
