Duna House Listing Coming Soon
- 13 Oct 2016 9:00 AM
The postponement was made after the government capped transaction fees at 2%.
Despite that, net revenues were up 55% year-on-year in the first six months to Ft 2.2 billion, CEO Ferenc Máté told Magyar Idõk.
He said the pricing of the shares and valuations will be made known after the MNB approves the listing.
The company completed the acquisition of MetroHouse, Poland’s largest real estate agency, in April and will use the funds to grow organically in the next years, website Portfolio adds.
Máté told Magyar Idõk that Duna House does not plan any acquisitions in the next one or two years.
