Fitch To Review Hungary’s Credit Rating This Week
Ratings agency Fitch will review Hungary’s sovereign credit rating on November 18. This will be the last scheduled sovereign credit rating review of Hungary in 2016. Fitch raised Hungary’s sovereign rating to “BBB-” from “BB+”, moving it back to investment grade with a “stable” outlook for the rating in May.

Based on the stable outlook Fitch is not expected to modify its credit rating for Hungary this week.

Ratings agency Standard and Poor’s put Hungary back to investment grade in September and Moody’s Investors Service did likewise at the start of November.
