Construction Work On Self-Driving Vehicle Test Track To Start In May
Construction work on a 40 billion forint (EUR 130m) test track for self-driving cars the government is building in Zalaegerszeg (W Hungary) will start in May, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said.

The first test runs on the track could take place in the first half of 2018, he told a conference organised by the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA).

The government announced the test track, the only one of its kind in a 500km radius, last spring. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
