The wreckage of the tragic Hableány accident has disappeared for good, BorsOnline reports.
The body of the last victim missing after a boat accident that took place on the River Danube at Verőce last weekend has been recovered, police said on Facebook on Monday evening.
A court has awarded almost Ft 1.8 billion in damages to relatives of the victims of the Hableány boat disaster of 2019, HVG reports.
Topal F, the captain of Viking Idun, the sister vessel of the Viking Sigyn which caused a deadly accident on the Danube in 2019, pleaded not guilty in the trial hearing the charge that he neglected to provide aid during the accident.
