Biggest Private Art Gallery Opens In Hungary
Hungary’s biggest private museum, the Godot Contemporary Art Institute, opened on Friday, with works by more than 100 young artists on display and for sale at the opening exhibition.

“We cannot be a museum, as we ought to engage in restoration, research and other tasks. Still the word ‘museum’ is the best way of describing what we are doing,” owner Zoltán Sáfár said in a statement.

He said exhibitions hosted by the institute will feature contemporary art in the future.

The museum is located at Fényes Adolf u. 21, in Budapest’s Third District.
