High Hungarian Homes Sales In November, Strong January Numbers Expected
Home sales reached 11,369 in November, a 4% increase from a year earlier, property agency Duna House estimated on Tuesday.

In the first 11 months, the number of transactions amounted to over 121,000.

According to Duna House the total will hit 130,000 in 2020, as forecast earlier this year.

As new home purchase subsidies are coming into force from January 1, 2021, the number of home sales is expected to be relatively low in December, as buyers postpone their purchases, the agency added.

On the other hand, a strong January is expected.
