The company acquired 5.711 m² of land located on Hengermalom Road in July 2019 to develop a new “A +” category green office project of around 18,000 m2.

Nearly one year has been spent on preparatory works, planning and evacuation of the property.

The demolition of the building complex, which used to be a bakery, is already in full swing. The authorization of the building permit is at an advanced stage, based on which the planned hand-over is the second quarter of 2022.
