Watch: New Linde Investment Worth HUF 14 Billion In Hungary
Linde Gáz Magyarország is boosting its domestic capacity and investing 14 billion forints (EUR 39m) in its air separation plant in Kazincbarcika, in north-eastern Hungary, Péter Szijjártó, the minister of foreign affairs and trade, said.

The government is providing a 1.9 billion forint grant for the project which will help preserve 430 jobs, the minister said.

Linde Gáz is one of the leading suppliers of industrial, medical and specialty gases in Hungary.

It provides more than 80% of medical oxygen needed for coronavirus patients on ventilators, Szijjártó said, adding that the project would contribute to national efforts to fight the pandemic.
