Opposition Tisza Party would abolish taxes on multinationals, leaving Hungarians to cover the bill, Gergely Gulyas, the head of the Prime Minister's Office, said on Saturday at an event organised by the Center for Fundamental Rights.
"Russian President Vladimir Putin has summoned Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to Moscow again to personally deliver his orders to the Hungarian prime minister," opposition Democratic Coalition (DK) deputy leader Sandor Rónai said on Friday commenting on Orbán's trip to Russia.
Hungary's public security is balanced and internationally recognised, with both citizens and visitors feeling safe, Interior Minister Sándor Pinter said on Thursday at a hearing of Parliament's defence and law enforcement committee in Budapest.
Hungary's prime minister has said that a Budapest peace summit was on the horizon and the next 2-3 weeks would now prove "decisive", now that the existence of the 28-point peace plan had been confirmed.
