Hard Rock Hotel Budapest Opens its Skybar, the Roxy Rooftop Lounge
From the middle of June, a new, panoramic rooftop bar awaits anyone looking for a cocktail in the heart of Budapest.

Since March, the vibrant Hard Rock Hotel Budapest has been welcoming guests as the chain's first Central European location. From the middle of June, we can experience the vibe of the Hard Rock Hotel with a cocktail over the city, as the Roxy Rooftop Lounge, the hotel's new, modern and elegant rooftop skybar opens in the heart of Budapest.

The Hard Rock Hotel experience takes it to the next level from June, since you will be able to enjoy a refreshing drink on the seventh floor Roxy Rooftop Lounge from 5pm to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, indulging in the vibe of the Hard Rock Hotel and the pulsation of the city.

The Roxy Rooftop Lounge is the perfect choice for a pre-dinner-, or an overnight cocktail after dinner - a wide selection of handcrafted cocktails and a real cosmopolitan experience awaits us in the skybar, with the lights of the St. Stephen's Basilica, the Citadel and the Hungarian State Opera House in the background, whilst the coolest playlists spin, guaranteeing a true summer rooftop experience.

“We are proud to have a modern, cool, panoramic roof terrace in the heart of Budapest, where we can enjoy cocktails whilst admiring the sights of the city. We are pleased that the Roxy Rooftop experience will be available to everyone on Fridays and Saturdays from mid-June” said Gábor Jakab, the General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Budapest.

To level up the pulsing city experience, the skybar offers cocktail specialties with unique Hungarian ingredients like Budapest Mule or Bariton. Also, any of the 8 different gin&tonic pairings could be a perfect choice on a hot summer night.

Located on the corner of Nagymező street and Ó street, the concept of the 5-star hotel is to provide a complete musical and visual experience for its guests, just a stone's throw away from the colorful world of Budapest's Broadway.

Entering the hotel, we are captured by the unadulterated vibe of the Hard Rock Hotel, surrounded by Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj or Katy Perry’s performance dresses, Prince’s jacket, Elton John’s shoes or Madonna’s yearbook.

The unmissable stop of the experience is one of the newest restaurants in the city, the Sessions bistro, where we can start the evening with international and classic Hungarian dishes, and on Fridays and Saturdays the DJ spins the records and takes care of the atmosphere.
