The British International School Budapest's 'Model United Nations' Delegates Attend THIMUN
From BISB Team: Last week 10 of our school’s Model United Nations (MUN) CCA students attended the 56th annual The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN) conference.

Whilst this year the conference organisers decided not to issue awards our students represented our school, and our allocated nation of Madagascar, admirably.

They transferred their well-honed diplomatic skills to the largest stage possible at an international conference attended by around 1000 students from all over the world.

Our delegates made their voices heard by submitting, sponsoring, and speaking for resolutions within their large committees and also enjoyed the sights, sounds, and flavours of the fantastic and truly international city of The Hague.

Our MUN CCA is open to students from Years 10-13 and events and opportunities like this show what the wonderful world of MUN has to offer.
