Sultan of Brunei Receives Hungarian Order of Merit

The sultan was received with military honours in Budapest. He then held bilateral and plenary talks with Sulyok at the Sandor Palace.
Sulyok awarded him the Order of Merit at the proposal of Prime Minister Viktor Orban, in recognition of the Sultan's commitment to boosting diplomatic, economic and educational ties between the two countries.
Orbán meets Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei
Prime Minister Viktor Orban met Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan and Prime Minister of Brunei, in his office on Tuesday, the press department of the Prime Minister's Office said.
Hassanal Bolkiah made his first official visit to Hungary at the invitation of President Tamas Sulyok.
