Izabella personally guided guests around the historic Zwack factory and museum before beginning the tasting with French champagne. To coronate the tasting several new vintages of Tokaj were presented, before which guests enjoyed some of the following jewels from her personal collection:
Losonci Bálint (Malta), Schlumberger (Austria), Gere Andrea, Disznókö winery, Dobogó winery, and Ornellaia (Italy: Winespecator Best Winery of the year several times, the Masseto Merlot won 100 points in Winespectator).
